What happens to your information.
Initial inquiries
The review-request form collects your name, email, property state and county or location, review type, whether you have an offer, and any summary you choose to provide. Phoenician Royalties uses this information to respond and establish a possible scope of work. Submitting the form does not create an engagement.
Where requests go
This website is hosted on Netlify. Submitted inquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and are available to authorized administrators of the site. Netlify may also process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs for hosting, security, and spam prevention. Its handling of that information is described in Netlify’s privacy policy.
Documents are arranged separately
The initial form does not accept attachments. Do not include tax IDs, banking information, account numbers, or confidential records in its free-text summary. Before you provide royalty statements, leases, title records, or offers, the review process will establish the records needed and the appropriate delivery method.
Only provide records you are authorized to share. Unneeded personal identifiers should be removed from copies. Document-sharing arrangements, access, and retention should be agreed as part of the engagement.
Website tracking
The website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics integration. Hosting and security systems may still process the technical information described above. Form submissions are not displayed publicly by this site.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Contact Wally Saad at wally@phoenicianroyalties.com to ask about information submitted to Phoenician Royalties, correct it, or request deletion. If an engagement has begun, any applicable recordkeeping requirements and the engagement terms also need to be considered.
